1000 rboom commits

rboom has recently passed a thousand commits on its mainline. It's only taken six years(!)

Some statistics:

commits per year

% git log --format=%ai | cut -c1-4 | sort | uniq -c
     27 2005
    178 2006
     59 2007
    229 2008
    107 2009
    250 2010
    156 2011

2011 is thus far bucking the trend of odd-numbered years being relatively barren.

commits per month

% git log --format=%ai | cut -c6-7 | sort | uniq -c
     49 01
     28 02
     88 03
     54 04
     23 05
     82 06
     98 07
     29 08
    110 09
    152 10
    172 11
    121 12

I don't know why I'm more active in the last four months of the year.

However, June and July are catching up. Mostly due to these past two months. I've done a lot recently, somehow.

10 most active months

% git log --format=%ai | cut -c1-7 | sort | uniq -c | sort -rn | head -n 10
     74 2008-11
     68 2010-10
     67 2010-11
     63 2011-07
     59 2011-06
     50 2006-12
     49 2010-09
     45 2008-10
     43 2010-12
     43 2008-09

Of course, all of this is meaningless, since commits are not all the same size. And, especially since the switch to git in 2008, my commits have become a lot smaller and more numerous.
