update-blog: I said two weeks ago I'd post here the code I use to update this site. Well it's not ready yet. Sorry:-/
rsync and Debian: this was interesting if you like that sort of thing. As someone with a slow connection, I think rsync is the best thing ever:-)
Furniture: Remember a couple of days ago I was complaining about being uncomfortable? We went to this office furniture place today and ordered a decent office table thing. It was second hand and well cheap. Also ordered a new wheely chair, this one's been falling to bits for years. That was cheap too. It's all good.
By the way, while I'm on that subject a couple of days ago we got some more of those leopard-print doorknobs, this time on the slidey doors to the bathroom. Now how to open these doors is more obvious to visitors:-)
